Chérie came from a smaller study Provence II, 2026, one I knew I wanted to return to.

This is the first painting in Avi series to make space for the moon. It felt like time to bring in the calmer light that exists alongside the sun, which the series has followed so far.

Avi by Raya Mansoor is a series born from the warmth of the islands, where the sun touches everything: the ocean, the land, and the people who call it home.
